PDQM provide large set of trainings for the software team. Up to know we have only Czech version of the trainings (except the official training of the CMMI model that are provided by our partner). The training descriptions are provided in the Czech language.

Team training

PDQM has experience that the most effective training should be organised for close team of co-workers that can openly communicate real issues and discuss how to adopt the recommendations, standards and techniques to the company practice. That is why PDQM does not organise open courses but offers team courses only.

Organizational training

PDQM cooperates on the development of the organizational documentation and standard application. We also provide complete set of organizational training. We can develop and maintain training according to the actual process documentation for novices as well as regular training for permanent staff.
