PDQM operates mostly in the Czech Republic. Our clients are private software companies, universities, public organizations as well multi-national enterprises. We mostly communicates in the Czech language with them and that is the reason why all recent news are in the Czech language here.
What are we doing know?
PDQM have submitted the application to the Czech national competition for the most liberal giver in for the first time in the year 2011 and we’ve gained the 3rd position in the competition. We understand the appreciation as a evaluation of our responsibility to the World needs and freedom of our company.
The KBC Services selected out training programme for the business analysts as the most effective in the selection procedure. Even the detailed review of the training lectures have not identified any shortcomings and our lectures have been fully accepted.
We are proud that the multinational company selected our training programme for the business analysts that will be provided both in the Czech and English language within 3 month.
PDQM has been selected by the International IT company to launch its business in the Czech Republic. PDQM prepares condition for its new service that the company provides for U.S. chain operating in the Czech Republic. Our client has subsidiaries in several Central European countries and thanks to the support from PDQM, they can serve their client also in the Czech Republic. New business cooperation enlarges its potential to provide complex services not limited by the country boarders.
Our consultants attended the international conference CEE-SPI that has been placed in Poland this year. The conference with several new and experienced contributions focused on the Lean Management, Quality of the software development process, CMMI implementation and Agile principles. Our consultants got new inspiration and discussed actual tasks with many colleagues from banking, IT and governmental sector. We are glad that new experience improve quality of our services.
We've been selected to improve the skills of the technical and system analysts at the Home Credit International team. Analysts recognised lack of experience in the field of business analysis and that half-year training programme from PDQM provides requisite knowledge as well as improves the experience. The training consists of seminars based on the TOGAF 9, BABOK and Zchaman Framework standard. The trainings’ effect is supported by the simultaneous coaching and mentoring sessions that guides each participant to train new experience in the real situations and get the real practice.
We provide a private education programmes for business analyst team of a financial company in Prague (CMSS). The half a year programme builds up their skills through a set of lecture, mentoring and coaching session. The lecture provides a theoretical background whilst the individual coaching session helps each individual adopt new knowledge to the real practice.

We provide series of audits and consultancy services for the Czech ministry in the field of IT Governance. The audits verify quality of the outsourcing contracts and its deliverables. The consecutive consultancies support establishing of managed IT Governance principles that follows the Cobit / ITIL standards with the goal to reduce dependency on the outsourcing partners and improve the managerial efficiency of all activities.

We are building new processes in the software team for a mid-size software company. The goal of the internal project is to improve the internal efficiency, planning quality and overall throughput of the team. The company expects gain a ISO 9001, ISO 27000 certificate at the end of the project.

We are building a new branch office for a company in Hradec Kralove. The green-field start project we are responsible to find a location, prepare the office and build up the team capable to work independently in the reasonable quality.
